Does it use my own WhatsApp number?

Can it answer the phone as well?
Yes, if you want it. We set up a cloud phone line with an AI voice agent or IVR that greets callers, answers routine questions and routes the call to the right person when a human is needed. No hardware, no PBX box on site.
Will it connect to the tools we already use?
